Last updated: 21 October 2026. This policy describes the services and software currently included on gateeestudy.com. Advertising is not active at the time of this release.
1. Who operates this website?
GATE EE Study Hub is an independent educational resource managed by Manoranjan Kumar. For privacy questions, email kr.manoranjan7@gmail.com.
2. Information used on this website
You can browse our free syllabus guides, question papers, calculator, and mock-test resources without creating an account. We do not ask for a name or email address to use these learning tools.
- Local study progress: The syllabus tracker, planner, mock-test results, bookmarks and related preferences use your browser's local storage. This lets the site remember your activity on the same device. Data may be deleted through the relevant reset controls or by clearing browser storage.
- Session visitor counting: The public visitor counter uses browser session storage to limit repeated counting and calls a third-party counter service (
countapi.mileshilliard.com). The total is approximate, and it does not represent unique people. - Technical logs: The website host and third-party services may process information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and access times to operate their services and prevent abuse.
- Messages: If you choose to email us, your email address and message are received by the website operator and used to respond to you.
3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HVCTGNR9CJ) to understand aggregated website use, such as pages viewed and traffic sources. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers, subject to browser settings and applicable privacy controls. We do not display individual students' Analytics records publicly.
Learn more about Google's privacy practices: Google Privacy Policy. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported.
4. Advertising and cookies
Google AdSense advertising is not yet active on this website. If AdSense is approved and enabled, the policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be configured before serving advertisements where required.
When Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to show ads based on previous visits to this and other websites, and Google advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to personalize advertising. Users can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and may find additional industry opt-out choices at aboutads.info. Any additional advertising partners would be identified as they are configured.
5. Third-party websites and downloads
Links to YouTube, WhatsApp, the official GATE website, and external calculator services lead to platforms with their own privacy policies. Question-paper files, original PDFs and external resources may also be governed by separate usage or copyright terms. We do not control how third parties process information.
6. Keeping or deleting progress
Most personal study preferences remain locally in your browser and are not stored in a student account on our website. Clearing your browser's site data generally deletes that saved local progress. The site also supports progress backup/export features; files that you choose to save remain under your control.
7. Children and international visitors
This website provides academic preparation materials and does not knowingly ask children to supply personal information through a user account. Visitors may access it from different countries. Cookie consent and advertising controls may be updated when advertising services are enabled or when applicable requirements change.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as website features or service providers change. The revision date will be updated on this page.
